Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods:
We offer reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- Jeddah: within1-2 working days
- Riyadh: within 2-4 working days
- Dammam: within 2-4 working days
- Other cities: within 2-5 working days
- GCC: within 7 working days
- Shipping Rates:
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over SAR 500.
- A standard shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders within Saudi Arabia.
- A standard shipping fee of 40 SAR applies to orders within the
GCC.
- Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and message with tracking information once
your order has shipped.
- Order Cancellations:
- Order cancellation can be made before dispatch and will be refunded within 10-14 working days.
- International Shipping:
- Currently, we only ship within Saudi Arabia. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to serve customers
outside the Kingdom soon.
Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window:
- You may return your items within (3 days ) from the date of delivery.
- Returns are not free, and a shipping fee will be applied for all returns.
- If you wish to make a return, please log in to your account page on the website using the same email address used for the order.
- You will find your previous order. Click on the item you want to return and submit the return request.
- After completing the process, please fill out the return form or Click Here .
- The team will review the request and approve or deny it based on compliance with the return policy, and then a representative will be sent to collect the shipment.
- Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Note: For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments and swimwear are non-returnable.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return:
- Complete the return form included in your package or on our website.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the return label provided and ship it back to us.
- Refunds :
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within (7-14 business days) after we receive your returned item.
- Exchanges are not offered. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
- "Buy Now, Pay Later" (e.g., Tabby, Tamara): Refunds go back to the original account.
- Electronic payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard): Refunded to the card or bank account used.
- Wallet payments: Refunded back to the wallet, valid for two years.
- Items bought at a discounted price on the website will only be refunded as store credit.
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a redeemable voucher.
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Report damaged items within 24 hours with a video and photos for assessment. If approved, replacements will be sent within 6 working days.
- Incorrect items will be returned, inspected, and replaced within 6 working days.
- Lost Orders:
If lost before delivery, a replacement will be sent within 6 working
days.
- Communication Responsibility:
Customers must provide accurate information; we are not liable
for misdirected returns.
