1. Shipping Methods:
We offer reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Kindly note that delivery dates may change or be delayed during peak times.
- Jeddah: within 1-2 working days
- Riyadh: within 2-4 working days
- Dammam: within 2-4 working days
- Other cities: within 2-5 working days
- GCC: within 7 working days
2. Shipping Rates:
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over SAR 500.
- A standard shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders within the Saudi Arabia.
- A standard shipping fee of 40 SAR applies to GCC orders
3. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and message with tracking information once your order has shipped.
4. Order Cancellations:
Order cancellation can be made before dispatch and will be refunded within 10-14 working days.
5. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Saudi Arabia. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to serve customers outside the Kingdom soon.
